After 12 years of teaching fitness and yoga in gyms, clubs and yoga studios in 2022 I was invited to create 30 minute yoga videos for an app designed especially for seniors called Osterics.com.

I still teach in-person at Loma del Mar (San Carlos Mexico) in the winter and in beautiful Prince Edward Island Canada in summers.
